You’ll learn:

  • We are ‘value’ focussed investment managers who take a high conviction, unconstrained approach to stock selection and portfolio construction;
  • We are intended to be a medium to long term investment and the Fund will exhibit some volatility in the unit price from time to time;
  • There are risks associated with investing, with an overview of the key risks provided in the Information Memorandum; and
  • We are a monthly priced fund, available to ‘sophisticated investors’ only and have a minimum initial investment amount of AUD $250,000 (unless otherwise agreed).
